Reasons of 0V or low voltage battery are as below:
a. External short circuit or over charge, opposite charge/mandatory over discharge.
b. High continuous current over charge, battery cell swell, cathode and anode poles connected which
causing short circuit directly.
c. Internal short circuit or micro short circuit, e.g. cathode and anode plated burr punches separator causing
short circuit, or cathode and anode plated impropriate.
Precautions for 0v or low voltage battery as below:
a. Check battery whether it has voltage or current.
b. Avoid battery short circuit, pay attention to charger’s cathode and anode.
c. Avoid battery crash, heat or punch.
d. Recharge after battery auto cut-off, then charge fully one time.
